Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

1. Initially a supporting role within EllisDon.s Equity Services Division, participating in the accounting and monitoring of various P3 projects where EllisDon has an interest.
2. Successfully oversee the negotiation, interpretation & management of loan agreements and various project contracts.
3. Work on the negotiation, interpretation and management of loan arrangements and various project contracts.
4. Responsible for internal financial reporting of all projects with Equity Service.s portfolio as required, but at least quarterly.
5. Provide assistance to the Equity Services as directed, including; bid preparation, commercial and financial closing of P3 transactions, financial modeling of projects and interaction with lenders and the agents to lenders of specific projects.
6. The successful candidate will have exposure to a number of business units within EllisDon and as well as lenders to projects, equity investors and bid partners.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

1. A CA or CGA designation.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent.
3. Competent accounting and control skills related to project entities and special purpose companies.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Competent financial modeling skills in Excel.
6. Experience working in lending institutions will be an asset.
7. Strong analytical skills.
8. Ability to work effectively in team environment.
9. Experience in the negotiation, interpretation & management of loan agreements and various project contracts.
