Hugo Blasutta 

Hugo is the Senior Vice President in charge of EllisDon Consulting and International Operations. Hugo will assume responsibility for the development and growth of  EllisDon Consutling, which is EllisDon's effort to sell our intellectucal capital and systems and strengthen our global relationships. Hugo's consulting engineering background will bring valuable new perspective to EllisDon. 

Before Hugo joined EllisDon he was most recently he was a Senior Principal at Halcrow Yolles where he held the title of Director of Corporate Development. He was responsible for expanding the firm's reach in North America, Middle East and Europe. Prior to that, Hugo held a leadership position at NORR, one of Canada's leading AE firms.
