EllisDon University
Our more senior leaders have a wealth of experience and knowledge. We believe this knowledge is a vital resource and must be captured. At the same time, we recognize that our new employees have a thirst for knowledge. We decided to bridge these two needs by developing our EllisDon University (EDu).
EDu consists of sessions that range from technical ‘how to’ sessions to sessions that keep you on top of changing industry regulations and the latest industry hot topics. Specific topics that are covered include Contract Law, Bill C49, Project Close out and Career Planning.
The sessions vary by location to ensure that the content is relevant to that specific area. But no matter where they are conducted, each EDu session is delivered by industry experts who either work at EllisDon or who are external partners. All the sessions are structured to provide you with the opportunity to network, socialize and learn from your peers.
Our goal is to give the people who work at EllisDon the knowledge and information they need to succeed each and every day. EDu helps us achieve this goal!
