Through our Mentoring Program we can help you connect with an experienced person who can teach you while you gain experience.

Our Mentoring Program isn't the usual program that is extra work forced on our more experienced people. Mentors volunteer to teach others and there are no strict schedules and meetings. People who are mentors want to pass on their knowledge. But it's up to you how far you want to go with it and how much you want to learn.

In addition to mentoring, we can also arrange for you to have a one-on-one discussion with anyone at EllisDon who you feel can contribute the most to helping you determine your career path. You can hear about their career experiences and what they think might be the best options for you.

In all cases, once you're part of our team we don't let you fail. When problems crop up, we'll help you deal with them. We're here to support you.

Our Online Orientation Program was created to help you understand the company, get to know who's who and adjust to your new job as quickly as possible.

Whatever position you choose there is opportunity to build your knowledge and experience.

When you're ready to learn more and push your experience to the next level we'll be there for you. Often there will be times when you can take on additional responsibilities that are a level up from your current position.
